Does it cost anything to claim my listing?
No. Claiming your profile and keeping your business information current is free. A Premium listing is a paid upgrade for businesses that want the fuller presentation described above.
My business is already listed. Who created it?
Listings are compiled from public business information, including public Google Business Profiles. Claiming your profile lets you correct anything that is wrong and keep it current.
Can I remove or edit my reviews?
No. Ratings and review counts come from public sources and are shown as they are, for every business, whether the profile is claimed or not. You can publish a public response to reviews on your profile.
How long does verification take?
Ownership checks are done by a person, not automatically. Most are completed within one business day.
Do I need to rent a Shops+ suite to be listed?
No. The directory is open to Washington beauty and wellness businesses regardless of where you work. Shops+ tenants get additional portal and community access on top of their listing.
Will a complete profile get me more clients?
We do not promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What a complete profile does is give someone comparing businesses the information they need to understand what you offer.
