Founding tenants receive permanent benefits — locked-in rates, full marketing support, featured placement, and exclusive status — that will never be offered to anyone who joins after.
Your founding rate is locked in for as long as you remain a Shops Plus member. It never increases. Members who join after the founding phase pay standard rates, which will be higher.
No. Founding tenants get a flexible 90-day exit clause. If Shops Plus isn’t the right fit within your first 90 days, you can walk away. We believe in our model enough to remove your risk entirely.
Our Edmonds, WA location is scheduled to open in 2027. Founding tenants who reserve now get first choice of suite selection and configuration before anyone else.
