Tour FAQ
Good to Know in the Meantime.
We expect to begin tours in Summer 2027, once construction is far enough along to walk safely. Construction begins in January 2027 and Shops+ opens in late 2027. Until then there is no finished space to show, so we are not booking tour times.
Not in person yet. We share construction progress and interior plans with everyone on the founding list as the build moves along, so you can follow the space taking shape before the doors open.
Plan for about 20–30 minutes once tours begin — enough to walk the suites and shared spaces and leave time for your questions about pricing and availability.
